A bunch of us camp together every year and I thought for a desert I would make a camper cake. It’s based on what our camper looks like.
I used two 9 x 13 cakes. I cut them in half and stacked them together so that it was like 4 cakes. I used fondant for window, ties, propain tanks, the sewage pipe, etc. I also used plain frosting and colored it for the thin line details.
It was a big hit on our camping trip.
My husband recently bought a vintage Avion camper that he is in love with so I thought I would make him a camper cake for his birthday. Great ideas-I will have to get some silver luster dust though.
