Believe it or not but I used the Wilton Barbie pan and a 9 inch round. After cooling I trimmed the 9in round so that it would be even with the base of the bell shaped cake. Then I cut layers into the bell shaped cake and iced in between (the cut was beautiful – 4 layers) and stacked them all on the 9 inch round.
Now you can bake several layers and carve if you don’t have the pans. The head, hands and arms are RKT. I do recommend doing this cake a day in advance just in case the RKT arms become separated. I had to fill in with icing.
