Cool Homemade Dinosaur Scene and Volcano Birthday Cake Idea

I made this Dinosaur Scene Birthday Cake Idea for my son’s 2nd birthday. He loves dinosaurs. It is half a sheet cake, and then I baked a cake in a Pyrex bowl and 2 cupcakes stacked to make the volcano. I make my own homemade whipped cream icing (Wilton’s recipe for stable whipped cream icing) and colored it with the Wilton gels.

I got the dinosaurs at the toy store and they came with the trees. It was a big hit with my son and everyone at his party.
