This Easter Bunny Cake was so easy to make and was a big hit at the dinner I took it to! Just bake 2 round cakes (I used white cake) and cut one of the cakes to make the ears and bow tie. To make the icing spread easier, I put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. I used Jr. Mints for the eyes and nose and icing for the ears, mouth whiskers and bow tie. I can’t wait to make another one!
