Cool Homemade Easter Scene Cake
This Easter Cake was a fun cake to make, all the characters were made using fondant which I colored, then they were left to dry for a couple of days.
The cake is a 10″ Victoria sponge and I used lemon butter cream which you make from standard butter cream then add lemon curd. This gives it a creamy consistency and is much easier to work with. The pond was painted on using colored icing,
