I created this Ghostbusters Birthday Cake for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. He is a huge Ghostbusters fan. The cake is dark chocolate with chocolate mouse filling. The cake is iced in buttercream, logo is made with marshmallow fondant (lines drawn with icing color and rounded toothpick), and the slime is buttercream which I heated up and then poured around the sides.
Slimer and Stay-Puft are both made from marshmallow fondant.
My daughter (7) loves GBs… I might try this for her birthday!!!
my 4 year old is an huge fan of the ghostbuster as am I. 2 years ago his birthday party theme was the STay puft marshmallow man. and this year i’m thinking of doing a gghostbusters theme with all the ghostbusters. Thanks for the idea. it’s simple and it looks awsome!
I guess i’m gonna have to become an expert ghostbuster party theme maker because my son wants it every year. :)
