I baked this Hello Kitty Birthday Cake for my 1 year old niece, Gaea.
I baked two chocolate cakes and cut of them to make the outline of kitty’s face. I used white chocolate clay as the frosting, and added red food coloring to make the bow and the other ornaments.
For the eyes and nose I used jellyfruits. The whiskers are made of liquorish sticks.
The bottom cake I frosted with chocolate ganache.
