I baked a devil’s food 9 x 13 sheet then cut off the four corners in such as way as to be able to use the pieces for the tail and fins for this Homemade Fish Birthday Cake.
It’s iced with peanut butter icing. The details are simply tubed on in cold “hot” fudge sauce. It was easy and SO yummy! I bake all the birthday cakes for my nephew, his wife and their 11 kids!! What fun to see their expectant faces as I arrive at the parties! Joel is an avid fisherman, hence the fish theme!
