Coolest Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Cake

I made this Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Cake for my son’s 2 birthday using, a chocolate cake mix (9×13) and a white cake mix (med. ball cake pan, I had left over so I just made two 8in round pans).

I used fondant to make the “hand” and “foot”. For the Mickey ears, leg, and slide on the clubhouse, I used rice krispies treats molded into those shapes and put in freezer for a few min. to help hold shape. I then frosted each part with the colors needed!

After cake was assembled I bought the mini characters from a Disney store for the characters on clubhouse. The cake tasted great and was a HUGE hit!! My son loved it so much he didn’t want to eat it!

  1. You did a great job on this cake! I am sure your son did love it! I have never tried rice crispie treats for decorating. You inspire me to try.
