Coolest Monster Truck Rally Birthday Cake

This Monster Truck Rally birthday Cake is a white almond sour cream cake recipe doubled. I used an 11 x 13 pan for the base and 2 loaf pans for the walls. Covered all in butter cream tinted light brown and saved some to make the green grass. The signs were made from using the edible printer and sugar sheets, backed with fondant so they would show on the light brown butter cream.

The chocolate covered doughnuts were used to make the tires. Used chocolate cookies and graham crackers to add some depth. The billboard was made from fondant and gum paste mixture, edible ink and a sugar sheet. Lolly pop sticks were holding it in place. The board was covered in contact paper and it was a real board not a cardboard cake board because of the weight of the cake. The birthday boy was thrilled and a huge success for me.
