I made this Pregnant Belly Cake for a friend’s baby shower. I used the Wilton soccer ball cake pan for the belly. I used cupcakes for the boobs. I iced the whole cake with butter cream fondant. Then I covered it all with marshmallow fondant (I prefer marshmallow because its simple to make, easily fixes if it gets a tear and just simply tastes better)! The circles and border are also out of fondant.
I really made it just for fun and since then have received two orders for other belly cakes.
