Coolest Princess Castle Birthday Cake

Every year, I’ll make Princess cakes for my daughters. But this year, my eldest (7 yrs old) & youngest (1 yr old) daughters’ birthday fall on the same date and month. I decided to make a big Homemade Princess Castle Birthday Cake for my angels.

As usual I love to use premix cake “Betty Crocker”. I used 1 box for the base and another one box for the 2nd and round cake. For the frosting cream, I used vanilla/almond buttercream. The towers, I used wafer cup cones and ice-cream cones coated with melted white chocolate. A heart shaped marshmallow on top of the tower and as for windows too. As for the rail, I used pretzel all around the base cake. A wafer biscuit for the door and some candy chocolate around the base. I also printed out princesses and glued on the hard board and used toothpicks as a stand and stick into the cake.

My eldest and her friends plus their mummies are surprised to see this beautiful castle. Everyone said “wow” and I’m so proud of myself as this is the 1st biggest castle cake I ever made!
