This Purse Birthday Cake Design was for my niece. I did an 11×15 sheet cake and cut it into 3 pieces, laid them with white chocolate mouse and fruit, and then iced with vanilla icing.
Then I did the fondant. Black does not work well for marshmallow fondant. My tip is to buy the Wilton for a black fondant.
