I decided to make a Roller Skate Birthday Cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday. She was having a party at a roller rink. I decorated the cake with homemade buttercream icing and made the roller skate using a picture that I got off the internet.
I used piping gel to trace the picture on parchment paper and transferred the picture to the cake. Then I frosted it. The cake was a big hit and my daughter was happy and I was proud.
