This is simply an elegant rose cake as everyone says. Having a go at making rose fondants was absolutely a great experience.  Matched with diamantes and ribbon that matched the color of the roses made the cake elegant. After reading lots of articles on the internet, I found the best way to turn a red fondant into a deeper darker red just by adding few drops of brown gel paste. I was also able to make the fondant rose shine by  giving it a little steam from a pot of simmering water. One of the best cake I’v ever made.
