This Strawberry Shortcake Cake is made with a 10″ square and 8″ round cake. I sculpted a strawberry on top out of a ball shaped pan. This cake literally smelled like strawberry.
I iced it with buttercream icing. I took a picture from one of my daughter’s Strawberry Shortcake books. This cake was fun to make. I was very pleased with the outcome.
