My son loves Super Mario Brothers Video Games. He wanted a Super Mario cake. I baked two 8 Inch round cakes. One was used for the face, the other was used to carve the hat, ears and chin.
I used Wilton’s Icing coloring to pipe on grocery store brand vanilla icing. The icing started to melt after the party started at our local roller skating rink. I took the picture the night before!
Everyone loved the cake, especially the kids!
