I made this Super Mario Cake for my son. He is a big Mario fan and wanted a Mario cake and I couldn’t get one anywhere. So I got a picture of Marios face from one of his game boxes and copied it.
I made 1 large sponge cake and shaped the chin, then I used the left over chin to make the nose and cheeks. White regalice mixed with red colouring to make flesh colour for his face and red to make the hat. I should have used brown for the tash and eyebrows, but only had black and it worked fine.
To say he loved it would be an understatement!
