Coolest Surfer Cake

I made this Surfer Cake for my friend’s son birthday who just started to learn to surf. I imaged how waves break when I am on the waves and check waves shape from magazine. I just wanted to make real and make sure that water colors different on the waves and surface.

The cake was made just vanilla cakes. The wave was a little heavy so I had to get surfer’s help to support the weight of wave.

  4. You can replicate the wave by cutting a thin piece of fondant and laying it in a bowl to form it for several days to a week so it will harden. When ready to use, insert it deep into the cake and cover with blue icing for waves and white icing for the break
