This Train Birthday Cake was for my frien’s little boy’s 2nd birthday. She said she didn’t care what kind of cake but she needed one. So I offered to make it. My mom has had these cake pans since I was a little girl and has now passed them on to me.
It’s a pan that has 2 sides. You fill one side and lay it down and then put the top on and tie it closed. when it bakes the cake rises into the top and then fills it out. When you take the top off it is 3d and stands up. They LOVED the cake and I have been asked to make many more since this one.
