I made this Upsy Daisy Cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I hired a Raggedy Ann Wilton cake tin from my local cake shop, and made two cakes which I sandwiched together with jam and buttercream. I then cut the finished cakes to the shape of Upsy Daisy. I bought coloured Regalice from the shop too and just copied the design from a picture of Upsy Daisy. I used boiled apricot jam and water mix to stick the icing on.
The hair was made from left over icing and rolled in egg white and placed in the fridge until it set hard, they were attached to the head using cocktail sticks.
