My daughter wanted a Waterfall Birthday Cake with a surfer girl on top for her sixth birthday. On the bottom, I did 2 nine inch round cakes with pudding for the filling. On the top, I did one 6 inch round.
Had some fun with the frosting, and that was it! I’ve done lots of homemade cakes for birthdays, but people really loved this one!
