This Dallas Cowboy’s tiered football cake is one of my best, favorite cakes. Within four days, I was requested a cake of my choice for a Dallas Cowboy Fan. My favorite part was the board which the cake sits on. I wanted the cake to come to life and the platform decorated in a football field is what I created. Deatils, and details were created which took more than the actual cake itself! Who would have thought that that could be for something you don’t eat?
The cake itself was a 10×4 inch and 6×4 inch strawberry banana blue colored cake. Cake was covered in butter cream frosting, and fondant decor. The reactions were enough to make you proud of what you do. This was an ultimate fan cake that will never be forgotten.
