This is a luau cake for a 9 yr old girl birthday. The palm trees are RKT covered in chocolate fondant, with fondant leaves. The sail boats are fondant. The tiki hut is a cupcake. The hibiscus flowers are fondant. I had a blast making this cake. It was my first cake to this extreme. The mountain is a chocolate cake covered in buttercream with grass tip. The sand is graham crackers and the shells are all fondant also. The water is homemade piping gel that colored.
