I made this Monster Truck cake for my son’s fifth birthday party. He LOVES Monster Trucks!
The cake is made in 5 pieces. Front and back of truck are cut out of 9×13″ yellow cake middle is cut out of additional 9×13″ yellow cake. Wheels are made of 6″ round chocolate cake. Then piped homemade buttercream icing for the white and colors and the black is homemade chocolate. Using star tips for main details and tires. Suspension is made out of black licorice.
This cake easily could have fed 30 people.
