My cousin and his wife had been trying for 3.5 years to get pregnant. They tried everything and then, finally, it happened! So I made 2 cakes for the baby shower. The first was a pregnant belly. I used my Betty Crocker fillable round cake pan for the belly and the ball cake pan for the breast. I used fondant to cover the cakes. Letting it flow at the bottom like a dress. Then added flowers with a fondant cutout for a design.
