Coolest Zombie Cake
I modeled the Zombie Cake for my friend Nic (his birthday) with gum paste. Cake is dark chocolate, filled with raspberries and chocolate mousse, iced with chocolate butter cream and marshmallow fondant. Brains and blood made from smushed raspberries.
