I made this Little Mermaid Birthday Cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. This is my first cake. The mermaid tail is fondant, all the rocks are edible candy and the sand I made from cinnamon graham crackers.
Our twins wanted their own cakes so, my daughter Ruby HAD to have a Homemade Little Mermaid Birthday Cake. We bought the Disney Store set of Ariel and her sister’s and used it atop the cake. After the cake was gone, Ruby kept the figures and still uses them today.
