This Baby Einstein Cake is a three tier Topsy Turvy cake with hand made baby Einstein character figurines (fondant). Three gourmet flavors. I had to make the figurines a week ahead of time to give them long enough to dry completely through. I used sugar glue to attach everything to the cake. Delicious!
