My friend maya wanted a princess cake,she turned 2 in December.So I used may daughter barbie princess and baked normal cake,baked a betty crocker out of a box and chocolate frosting.You can used marshmallow fondant to cover the cake or shapes.I used 8 ounces miniature marshmallow,1 pound powedered sugar(4 cups)plus extra for dusting,2tbs water and food coloring or flavored extracts..
I made my homemade cake stand and cover with marshmallow fondant.Maya loved it ,was very happy ..thats my barbie hand made cake.
