The Panda Birthday Cake is made from a Wilton upright baking pan mold. It’s a Pound cake frosted with black and white buttercream frosting with stars using a #18 tip on the body.
The fingernails were made with a #102 tip and the grass with a #233 tip. The “hill” it sits atop is a 14″ round, 2 layer German chocolate cake frosted with coconut pecan frosting. I made it for an employee monthly celebration.
