My son asked me for a race track cake for his 4th birthday. I baked a 9 x 13 cake and marked a road in the middle with a toothpick (as a guideline). I used chocolate frosting for the road and green frosting for the grass. After frosting the road I dusted it with powdered chocolate cookies. To further define the road and border, I used m&m candies. Then put few palm trees, and a club house from his toy collection to decorate it.
