This Baseball Cake is a cake I did for a group of guys at my husband’s work. I got the original idea from the Wilton starter book, but changed it to a sheet cake instead of round cake. It is all done in buttercream icing, and I used 16 star tip on entire cake.
The Bottom is just a regular sheet cake and the ball is half of the Wilton ball pan cake. I placed the ball on top to add the 3d effect. It was a real “hit”!
