This was the first cake I have made using fondant! I made it for my daughter who turned 4. I think it turned out pretty good. I used a Pyrex bowl to bake the dress in, then just used a rectangular cake pan for the lawn platform.
The fondant only gave me a little trouble when covering the dress……THANK GOD!!! And I just made different shapes to glamor up her dress! I then piped the grass with buttercream frosting and used candy stars all around the boarders for a magical effect!
