Homemade Lady bug cupcakes

These lovely cupcakes are very simple to make. Simply use any of your favorite vanilla cake mixes then prepare to the box?s instructions. I suggest that you add in one ingredient at a time, in my opinion it helps the batter grasp and absorb it better. Also, use a ice cream scooper to pour in the batter into the cupcake cups I use about two scoops.

After you take out of the oven, let them cool for about fifteen minutes and now its time to make the icing. Pull out your favorite box of icing, I preffered using classic vanilla. Separate the box of icing into two different bowls, in one pour three drops of red and the other three drops of green. Now stir then until the whole icing is colored, inside and out. Now, get wilton tip 199 and a piping bag, and do a swirly motion from the center out to cause that pretty swirl look.

Last, place three chocolate morsels backwards on each cupcake, and you?ve got your lady bug cupcakes! ENJOY!
