This is a mosaic cake inside and outside edible images decorated with candies and gum paste. Mosaic cake does not have any butter or oil.
It is a basic recipe which has 2 packs of biscuits, 160g of bitter chocolate, 2 big spoonful sugar, 2 eggs, 2 big spoonful of cacao cooked with 2 big spoonful of water. It is very easy and children loves it.
