My niece loves Hello Kitty, so I made her this cake. First I baked a 12 inch round chocolate cake. I then froze it. This is where I cheated a little, I printed an outline of Hello Kitty from the internet. Set it on top of the frozen cake, and cute it out. LOL.
I covered the cake with fondant. The eyes and nose are jellybeans and the whiskers are black Twizzlers. I made a bow out of pink fondant, and there you go. A cute Hello Kitty cake.
