My last born Marjan was turning five. It was the first time that he asked me to make what he wanted. He said he wanted a cho cho train cake.
Got ideas from many books and websites. Made a block vanilla cake (8 eggs cake) and one Swiss roll ( 3 eggs, 3/4 cups icing sugar, 3/4 cup self raising flour and vanilla). Filled it with butter cream and cake crumbs to make it ‘fat’.
Set the cake and used butter icing to decorate. I didn’t use the normal train cake colors so that it can stand out. Marjans favorite colors are green and yellow, and he loved it.
