This is a wedding cake that I made for a friend. I have never attempted a wedding cake before so I was very nervous! My husband built the stand and attached the led lights to the bottom and I decorated it with crystals and glitter fabric to reflect the light. Each tier is three layers thick with fresh strawberries and pink strawberry filling between them. I crumb coated each tier and then covered them with fondant. The roses are also made from fondant and were dried for a week to make sure that they were hard.
