Prepared this cake with my daughter for my husbands Western themed 50th Birthday.
The Hat is made of Chocolate fondant and chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. The band is also colored fondant.
The cakes are covered with chocolate fondant and white fondant with the chocolate fondant used for the cow print.
both cakes are either butter cake with white frosting or chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.
In total we used 7 cakes to construct the cake.
