This was the first cake I ever made with fondant because I always use cake frosting. It was for my husband's 40th birthday and he is a volunteer on an ambulance service. He loved it. The tires are mini chocolate frosted donuts, the headlights are hard candy and the "lights" are licorice. The hardest part was writing Ambulance backward.
