This is my candy corn-shaped homemade cake recipe idea. This cake is made of one cake mix and 2 cans of store-bought frosting.

I found a picture of a candy corn on the internet and enlarged it to the size I wanted my cake to be. I baked the cake in a 13×9 pan. I froze the cake for 2 hrs so it would be easy to cut. I placed the image on top of the cake and secured it with toothpicks.

I then took a sharp knife and cut around the image. I took the icing and colored it the color that candy corn is. I used a big star decorating-tip and iced the cake. It was very simple yet really cute.
