I was asked to do a cake for a lady having a little girl and after seeing and getting inspirational ideas from here, this baby bump cake is what I came up with.
Using a Pyrex bowl for the belly, heart shaped tin for the boobs, although after thought on this one would have used the off cuts from the bottom half of heart to at least make some bigger breasts. My cake looked flat chested.
Anyway I layered the belly and filled with ganache. Made a baby foot out of fondant which was placed on the ganache before covering with fondant. Using our flower cutter I made lots of flowers for the blouse and put a pink cachous in the middle of each.
