What do you make for someone who loves spaghetti? A spaghetti cake of course. I made an oval layer cake and carved the top to be more rounded. Then I put on a thin crumb coat of icing and the rest of the icing was done with a pastry bag with decorating tip. I just held the bag about 3 inches above the cake and let the icing fall onto the cake in spaghetti-like ropes.

Easiest icing job I’ve ever done and lots of fun. The sauce is actually strawberry jam and the “meatballs” are Ferrier Roche candy balls that look exactly like meatballs.
