Hi, I baked and iced this cake for my friend’s daughter-vanshika, I got this wilton pan as a gift from my sister in law (she stays in houstan – USA and I stay in mumbai- India) but when I made this homemade Strawberry Shortcake birthday cake I really thanked her for the pan.

I used 1.5 kg cake better [used strawberry flavour] and baked. The icing is purly with fresh cream. I made 2 layered, and put fresh berries with cream in centre for filling, I then covered the cake. And happily ended with imagination.. due to fresh cream icing got little merged..
