This is a traditional hexagon wedding cake with a double pearl boarder, fondant monogram and sugar flower bouquet. The floral bouquet was made with Wilton cutters, ranunculus, lilies, hydrangea and filler flowers, this was the bouquet the bride carried. I made a sugar vase and covered it with gum paste, inserted and Styrofoam ball and inserted the flowers into that. This cake feeds 200 people.
