Coolest Homemade Castle Cake Idea

I’ve made this Castle Cake Idea a few times now. I have improved and changed the cake each time. The base is a two layer hexagon filled with buttercream, the second layer is a small round sponge also with butter cream. I wanted as much of the cake to be edible as possible so I made the towers from Swiss rolls covered in fondant with a thin doweling rod down the middle for support.

The roof of the towers are ice cream cones covered in fondant and edible glitter. The vines and flowers are coloured and piped butter cream. To give it a final magical look I sprayed it all over with a pearlized spray.
