When a friend approached me with the picture of Manchester’s logo I was like sure this is a challenge! Chocolate being a hot universal favorite they wanted a choco-walnut cake. All they cared about is the logo.
Here is what I made, a chocolate walnut cake with glace chocolate icing, the logo with sugar paste and the cake base resembling the football field done in butter cream icing. They loved the cake and so did their guests and it was followed with orders for the ‘Liverpool Club’ logo cake.
