My grandson loves “Sponge Bob” so, his mom did his party in Sponge Bob and I made the Homemade Spongebob Birthday Cake.
I used a Confetti box cake mix, mixed whipped cream frosting with yellow food coloring for the frosting, then I used brownie pipe icing to trim the eyes, mouth and nose. I tinted the white frosting with blue for the eyes and to kinda make it look like a sponge, I just used my butter knife and swirled it back and forth. It was easy!
THAT’S ONE OF THE BEST SPONGE BOB CAKES I HAVE EVER SEEN.
This is the cutest cake for a child… So original, and not with some ready made pan. Very creative to say the lest.
