This Homemade Slot Machine Cake was a cake I did for the retiring president of a local non-profit agency. She was a huge fan of slot machines and they wanted one for her retirement party.
This was a difficult cake to do, but I think it turned out okay. Everything on the cake is edible, including the lever, which is made out of a pretzel stick and fondant. The silver is edible silver mixed with a little vodka. The words “Bite Me” was their idea, not mine! Apparently, it was sort of her catch phrase!
